ChäoS;Child: Silent Sky

Overview

The anime series ChäoS;Child takes place in 2015, six years after the Shibuya Earthquake that devastated the area. The city has been rebuilt, but the lingering trauma and unanswered questions about the earthquake's true nature remain. Takuru Miyashiro, president of the Hekiho Academy Newspaper Club, finds himself at the center of a new series of mysterious murders in Shibuya. These murders bear a striking resemblance to those committed six years prior, during the events known as the "New Generation Madness." As Takuru investigates, he encounters strange occurrences and the enigmatic presence of sumo stickers around Shibuya. He is aided by his friends, including his childhood friend Serika and fellow Newspaper Club member Shinji. Alongside them, Takuru works to solve the mystery surrounding these new murders, determine their connection to the past tragedy, and uncover the truth behind the strange events and the phenomenon known as Chaos Child Syndrome. The investigation leads them down a path of psychological suspense and supernatural elements, forcing Takuru to confront the city's dark secrets and his own past.
