Saint Charlos is a spoiled, immature, and cruel World Noble who embodies the worst aspects of his privileged class. He displays a complete disregard for commoners, viewing them as nothing more than objects to be used and abused at his whim. His actions are driven by selfishness, a sense of entitlement, and an insatiable desire for power and control, particularly over mermaids. He is easily angered and prone to violence, using his position and weaponry to intimidate and harm those who defy him, even other Celestial Dragons. Despite repeated beatings and humiliations, he shows no remorse or inclination to change his behavior, highlighting his profound lack of self-awareness and empathy. Charlos's personality is marked by a striking immaturity and a desperate need for validation from his father. He constantly seeks attention and approval, often escalating his cruel actions to gain recognition. His obsession with mermaids, coupled with his violent tendencies, reveals a disturbing and predatory nature. He lacks the cunning and strategic thinking of other antagonists; his actions are impulsive and fueled by immediate gratification, making him a somewhat pathetic, yet still dangerous, figure.
