Looking Back at it All: The Dragon Ball Z Year-End Show!
The special opens with Gohan and Goten enjoying a hot bath outdoors in the winter. Suddenly, Goku, who is currently deceased, appears before them using Instant Transmission and joins his sons in the tub. The three Saiyans then spend time reflecting on the events of the Cell Games. After Chi-Chi appears, the scene shifts inside the house where Goku tells his sons about Pikkon and the Other World Tournament.
Later, the four members of the Son family are shown dressed in nice attire. Gohan mentions that the adult division of the World Martial Arts Tournament will commence the following year, in 1994. The special concludes with this anticipation of the upcoming tournament.
