Kazuma puts on a magical choker that tightens until a wish is fulfilled; his friends must help him make a wish, leading to hilarious and compromising situations.
In this OVA episode, Kazuma and his party visit Wiz's shop, where they encounter Megumin's rival, Yunyun. A magical choker is discovered, and after Kazuma inadvertently puts it on, he learns it can only be removed once a wish is granted. If he fails, the choker will kill him. His companions, motivated to help Kazuma, attempt to fulfill his wishes by engaging in a series of increasingly absurd and comedic events involving Wiz, Darkness, Megumin, and Yunyun. Their efforts to save Kazuma lead to unexpected situations and push their boundaries of what they will do for a friend. Their attempts to help him fulfill this wish involve compromising situations and lots of humor.
